We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect within one year of the original purchase date, we’re happy to assist in finding a solution.

Please note that our warranty does not cover, but is not limited to:

General wear and tear
Stains, sun damage, or external damage
Stuck zippers that occur after use
Missing pearls, shells, or rhinestones on used items
Damage to mirrors 

Damage to hair accessories
Acrylic bag charms and accessories damaged during use
Patches that are not sewn by certified Stoney Clover Lane sewers or not sewn onto our bags

Our bags are made for everyday use, but natural signs of wear on hardware may occur over time due to environmental factors. These are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

Only purchases made directly through stoneycloverlane.com or official Stoney Clover Lane stores are eligible for warranty coverage. If your item was purchased from an authorized Stoney Clover Lane boutique, please reach out to the retailer directly for assistance.

Please note: We actively monitor returns to help prevent policy misuse. Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
