What is your warranty?Updated a month ago

If your item has a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we are happy to assist in finding a solution.

Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered under our warranty.

Our bags are designed for regular use, but the hardware may naturally show signs of wear over time due to environmental factors. Such changes are not covered by our warranty.

Stains, sun damage, and external damages are not covered under our warranty.

Missing pearls or shells from patches on used items, mirror damages, and hair accessories are not included in our warranty and cannot be replaced.

Our warranty does not cover patches that are not sewn onto our bags or patches sewn by non-certified SCL sewers.

Items are only covered by our warranty when purchased directly from stoneycloverlane.com or Stoney Clover Lane stores. If you bought your product from an authorized Stoney Clover Lane boutique, please contact the retailer directly.

Stoney Clover Lane monitors returns to prevent misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
