How do I care for my leather bag? 
To keep your leather bag looking its best, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For light marks, use a damp cloth and mild leather cleaner—avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol based wipes, soaking or scrubbing. Store it in a cool, dry place inside its dust bag when not in use. 


Is leather waterproof?
Leather is not waterproof- avoid heavy rain and prolonged exposure to moisture. If you bag gets wet, pat it dry with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally. Never use heat or a hairdryer to speed up drying, as this can cause cracking. 

Do leather bags require more care than nylon? 
Leather is a more delicate material than nylon, so it requires a little extra care to keep it looking its best. Storing it properly, avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, and gently cleaning it as needed will help maintain its beauty over time.

Can I use a leather protectant on my bag?
If you would like leather protection, you can use a leather protectant or conditioner, but we recommend testing it on a small, hidden area first to ensure compatibility. 

Will my leather bag stain or pick up color transfer? 
Lighter-colored leather can absorb dyes from dark fabrics, like denim, especially when new. To minimize the risk, avoid prolonged contact with dark or heavily dyed clothing.

Our leather warranty policy applies exclusively to U.S. orders. We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on our leather bags, covering manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects include:
Stitching that comes undone
Hardware (such as zippers or clasps) breaking under normal use

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which refers to natural changes that occur over time with regular use, including:
Color transfer from clothing or external substances 
Slight color fading or patina development
Minor scuffs or scratches
Leather softening or developing character
Natural creasing where the bag bends

We are not liable for defects or damages that fall outside our warranty coverage. To process a warranty claim, original purchase information or proof of purchase is required. Items purchased from third-party websites or resellers are not covered under our warranty policy.
