How do I exchange my order?Updated 7 days ago
To start a return or exchange, head to returns.stoneycloverlane.com and follow the prompts. You'll be guided through either submitting a return or placing a new order for an exchange.
Please note:
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in person at a retail location.
- All final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.
- Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees.

For exchanges:
- A new order will be created after you submit your request. Once your original item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email with the new order number.
- Exchanged items ship with standard shipping and will follow our current processing timelines, which vary depending on item availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically.
- Exchange orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted.
- Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount paid, and we cannot apply new discount codes.
- If you're exchanging for the same product and used a discount on the original order, you’ll be responsible for any price difference if the item is no longer on sale.
- Exchange orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Returning a gift?
No problem! Visit our return portal and click “Returning a Gift?”
- If you have the order number, enter it and follow the steps.
- If you don’t, click “Don’t have your order number?” and a member of our team will help locate it to initiate the exchange.
Please note:
- Gift exchanges must be of equal or higher value.
- Gift items with customization cannot be exchanged.
- We do not offer store credit and a new item will need to be selected at the time of exchange.
- In-store gift purchases must be returned in person.
