How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
You can start a return or exchange by visiting returns.stoneycloverlane.com and following the steps provided. Once submitted, mail your package back to us using the provided label.
We'll send you a notification when your return is processed, or when your exchange is on its way.
Return & Exchange Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
- Once your return label is generated, you must ship your item within 7 days.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original plastic packaging with tags attached
- Shipped with the dust bag (if originally included) - If any of these conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and sent back.
Processing Times & Fees
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment.
- A $10 processing fee applies to returns.
- A $5 processing fee applies to exchanges.
- Original shipping fees and Route package protection are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Start your exchange at returns.stoneycloverlane.com.
- Follow the prompts to place your new order and return your original item.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll get a confirmation email with your new order number.
- Important notes about exchanges:
- We do not allow exchanges on custom items.
- Items requested for exchange that are out of stock will be refunded.
- Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount originally paid. If you exchange for the same item, but the original discount is no longer active, you’ll be responsible for any price difference.
- All exchanged items ship via standard shipping.
- Exchanges are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Exclusions & Important Info
- In-store purchases must be returned in-store. Online purchases must be returned online.
- International returns are not accepted.
- Only one return or exchange per order is allowed. Returns and exchanges are unable to be edited after submission.
- Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.
- Items marked final sale, including sale and pre-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Rewards & Discounts
- If you used a discount code, it won’t be honored again for an exchange.
- Club Clover points earned on returned items will be removed from your account.
- Reward points used on returned items will not be refunded.
Fraud & Return Policy Abuse
Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to deny returns at our discretion if items do not meet our return policy requirements, if there is a history of excessive or suspicious return behavior, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, late returns, missing tags or packaging, and repeated return requests. Our return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
