To maintain a positive environment, we ask all guests to respect our employees and store policies.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any aggressive behavior, derogatory comments, or mistreatment of our employees during in-store visits, online interactions, or through any communication channels (such as email or social media). Such behavior may result in being denied service, removal from our stores, or restricted access to future purchases.

Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to refuse customers with repetitive return patterns, missing items and package claims, chargebacks, and fraudulent activity associated with an account. Stoney Clover Lane can suspend or cancel orders/payment/returns and refuse service at any time. Customers who have initiated chargebacks will be removed from our return platform and Club Clover Loyalty benefits indefinitely.
