What do I do if an item from my order is damaged?Updated 9 months ago

Although we hope this never happens, if you receive an item with defects and the tags are still attached, we will accept it for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Please email [email protected] and we will gladly assist you. 

Once the tags have been removed or an item has been worn, washed, or used, we are unable to be held responsible for any defects and we are unable to accept the item for a return or exchange. There are no exceptions to this policy.
