How do I return my order?

To start a return or exchange, simply head to returns.stoneycloverlane.com follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us!

We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been inspected and processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the conditions below.

If you are eligible for a refund or exchange, we will send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange order is processed.

Returns and exchanges will need to be verified and processed by the SCL team.

Please allow at least 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment.

How do I exchange my order?

We’ll send you a notification as soon as your returned product has been inspected and processed.

Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email with a new order number.

Exchanged product will ship following the shipping timeline presented on our website when the new order is processed. Processing timeframes may vary.

We are unable to cancel exchange orders once they are submitted in our returns portal. Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund.

Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchanges.

If a discount is used and the exchange is for the same product, customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns are eligible if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Please ship your item back within 7 days from when the label is provided for your return to applicable to return or exchange.

Once your return or exchange is initiated and the label is generated, it will be active for 7 days. Returns must be unused, in original plastic packaging, with the tag(s) attached and in original condition. If the item(s) do not follow these guidelines, the return will be rejected and sent back.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $10 flat-rate return processing fee on returned orders. This will be deducted from your refund amount. We charge a $5 flat-rate return processing fee on exchanged orders.

The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, Club Clover points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.

If you used rewards points on an order and the order is then returned, the reward will not be returned to your account.

Once we have received your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and reflect in your account.

Certain exclusions and exceptions apply, including the following:

In-store returns are unable to be returned online & online purchases are unable to be returned in store.

International returns are not accepted

If a package is refused, we will be unable to refund the items.

Items purchased on pre-order are specifically made for your order and are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy; late returns, missing tags or packaging, exhibits indicators of or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Stoney Clover Lane may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund or exchange request if suspected of fraudulent behavior.
