Please ensure that you store your SCL items, especially the clear pouches, in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. It is important to avoid storing your items in closed bins or exposing them to prolonged sunlight, as this can lead to damage caused by humidity and sun exposure. Additionally, it is advisable to keep your items away from cosmetics, perfumes, hand sanitizers, oils, and greasy substances, as they may cause harm.

Please be cautious and avoid getting water or any other substances on the hardware of your item, such as zippers and zipper tags, as this can result in permanent stains and wear on your bag. While our bags are designed to withstand regular usage, the hardware may naturally undergo some changes in appearance over time due to environmental factors and wear.

Please note that clear materials may become cloudy due to the use of products like sunscreen, soaps, and wipes, as well as in humid and hot conditions. If this occurs, we recommend using a damp cloth to gently wipe the affected area. Please refrain from rubbing vigorously, as it may not be suitable for vegan leather or the hardware of your item. We advise against putting your bag in the washing machine.
