How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy! For every dollar spent in store or online, one point is earned. You can then use points to redeem rewards.
How do I trade in my points for discounts and apply my rewards to my purchase?
If you have enough points to trade in for a discount, you will see discounts available to you at checkout. To make use of your Club Clover rewards, please ensure that you sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout. You'll find your Club Clover rewards on the final checkout page. Once there, you'll see a drop-down menu where you can apply your rewards. Please be aware that you won't be able to view or use your rewards through ShopPay. If you're signed into ShopPay, please make sure to sign out before applying your rewards.
If redeeming in-store, provide the store associate with your email and they will assist you in redeeming your reward. Please note that there may be a delay in points deducting from your account after placing an in-store order. Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to suspend any accounts that take advantage of this delay.
When you’ve used your reward, the points will be deducted from your account.
Please note, you will be unable to combine reward point redemptions with waived customization fees and other discount codes.
Are there any restrictions when redeeming rewards?
Rewards cannot be applied to leather collections, sale items, customization/monogram fees, package protection, or shipping costs.
Will my prior purchases count towards points?
Any purchase made in 2024 will count toward Club Clover rewards! Reward points expire 1 year from the date they are earned.
How can I check my points balance?
Visit our rewards page and log into your account to see the amount of points you've earned, your tier status & how far you are from your next tier!
When will I see points in my account?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your points to be reflected in your account for web purchases. In-store purchase points may require an additional 3 business day processing time.
Do points expire?
Points expire one year after being earned. If you have points to redeem, make sure to use them!
Do taxes, shipping & customization fees count toward points?
Merchandise, gift cards, and customization/monogram fees will count toward points. Taxes, shipping, and package protection do not count toward points.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Membership has its perks. There are benefits for all 3 tiers of Club Clover but matriculating through tiers grants you access to even more! All perks can be found by visiting our rewards page.
Does my tier status expire?
You will maintain your tier status for a full calendar year after earning. For example, if you've reached the Peach Tier in March 2024, you will stay in the Peach Tier until March 2025.
How can I redeem my birthday gift?
Enrolled Club Clover members will receive a 20% off birthday code sent to their email, yearly. Please visit our rewards page and log into your account. From there, you can click the "Celebrate with Savings" option to add your birthday.
- The discount code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- You must be signed up for marketing emails to receive the birthday code. If you're unsubscribed, we cannot send the code.
- The code will be valid for 30 days from the date it is emailed to you.
- Discount restrictions include: Leather Collections, Monogram/Customization fees, Gift Cards, Route Package Protection, and Shipping.
When will I receive my birthday discount code?
- If you add your birthday into your account, more than 30 days before your birthday: You'll receive the code on your birthday.
- If you add your birthday into your account, less than 30 days before your birthday: You'll receive the code 30 days after your birthday.
- If you add your birthday into your account, on or after your birthday: You'll receive the code on your birthday the following year.
Can I use rewards and my birthday discount, both in stores & online? Do they count separately?
Birthday discounts and rewards can be redeemed both in-store and online. Rewards can only be redeemed in 1 place—either in a Stoney Clover Lane store or online. Attempting to use your rewards or discount multiple times or abusing your rewards will result in account suspension.
Should there be any negligent, nefarious, or suspicious activity when using rewards—Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to suspend an account at any time.
How can I redeem my waived customization fee?
As a valued member of our loyalty program, you can enjoy the benefit of having two customization fees waived each year upon reaching specific tiers (Peach, Bubblegum). Once you reach the qualifying tier, a unique code will be sent to your email, which you can apply during checkout to waive the customization fee for your purchase. Additionally, after six months from the first code issuance, you will receive another code that can be used for a subsequent purchase. Please note, waived customization fees are for patch orders only. Waived customization fees are unable to be used in store. Waived customization fees are unable to combine with reward point redemptions and other discount codes.
Please note, you will have to be signed up for marketing emails for the waived customization code to generate. If you are unsubscribed from marketing emails, the code is unable to be sent.
If I have placed order with different email addresses in the past, can I combine my accounts?
Accounts are unable to be combined and we are unable to transfer points from one account to another. We recommend using the account with the most purchases!
Can I apply rewards to previous purchases?
Our team is unable to apply rewards to purchases after orders have been placed.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.
I redeemed points on an order that I ended up returning. Will I get my points back?
If you used rewards points on an order and the order is then returned, the reward will not be returned to your account.
What happens to my points if my order is cancelled?
Points earned from cancelled orders will be added back to your account.
Do purchases made during a sale or promotion count toward Club Clover tiers?
Yes! Sale & promotional purchases will count toward accruing points. As points are accrued on a dollar-per-point basis, points will be earned based on the promotional amount paid for the item, not the retail cost.
Can I use my rewards in conjunction with promotional discounts?
Rewards points, birthday discounts, and waived customization fees cannot be used on promotional or sale items. We do not allow code stacking in a single order.
Do gifts with purchase earn additional points?
Any gift with purchase item does not count toward Club Clover points.
Is there a cap or limit to number of referrals given?
The more the merrier! You can refer as many friends as you'd like as long as you have made a previous purchase under your account. Their $10 credit—& your corresponding 200 points—will only apply to their first Stoney Clover Lane web order over $39
Why am I not eligible for rewards points?
Customers who initiate chargebacks on any past orders will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem points within the Club Clover loyalty program. Any previously earned points will be forfeited, and accounts associated with chargebacks will be excluded from the loyalty program. Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have initiated chargebacks.
