Points expire one year from the date they are earned.<h2 style="line-height: 1;" id="do-taxes-shipping-and-customization-fees-earn-points">Do taxes, shipping, and customization fees earn points?</h2>Points are earned on merchandise, gift cards, and customization or embroidery fees. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, or package protection.<h2 style="line-height: 1;" id="does-my-tier-status-expire">Does my tier status expire?</h2>Your tier status is maintained for 12 months from the date it is earned. For example, if you reach the Peach Tier in March 2026, you&apos;ll remain in the Peach Tier until March 2027. Previously earned points will be forfeited, and accounts associated with fraud or abuse may be suspended or terminated.California ResidentsUnder California law, your explicit consent is required to participate in Club Clover. You will be asked to confirm whether you would like to enroll in the program. Before making your selection, please review our Club Clover Terms &amp; Conditions and Notice of Financial Incentive.Participation in Club Clover is completely optional. Please note that if you withdraw your consent or opt out of the program, any unused points, rewards, and tier status will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.A Note About the Club Clover PauseClub Clover was paused beginning April 25, 2025. During the pause, you were unable to redeem rewards, but you continued to earn points on eligible purchases.Any points that were earned and then expired while the program was paused have been reinstated to your account. Points that were earned before April 25, 2025, were not eligible for reinstatement.Beginning August 1st, 2026, points will expire according to the standard Club Clover expiration policy. Any points with an expiration date of July 31st, 2026, or later will not be reinstated if they expire.
