What happens if my package is lost or missing?Updated a year ago
We’re so sorry! We’ve found that shipping & postal carriers worldwide are experiencing delays & backups so it is likely your package will arrive within 5 days of it being marked as delivered.
If you added Route Package Protection to your order, you can report the issue with through their mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Once you submit your claim, Route will provide you with any updates.
We always recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order, which can be purchased at check out. Route is a third-party shipping insurance provider that can protect your order during transit and upon delivery. By adding Route to your order, you’ll be covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims can filed directly with Route if something goes wrong.
