How are my items customized?Updated 6 months ago

We always recommend using our customizer tool on your online order to ensure your patches are placed exactly where you want them.  

Patches are unable to be placed on top of each other. If patches are placed on top of each other, they will be customized as close together as possible. 

Monogramming and patches cannot be combined in a single order.

Our sewers work diligently to ensure that they create your dream piece. However, when designed pieces go into production there may be slight variation between the digital image & the actual item. As our items are sewn by hand, there is likely to also be variation in stitching!

Our team of experts will use their best judgment to ensure that your customized item looks exactly as it should. 

Select fabrics and silhouettes, including Bow Pouch/Crossbody, Cozy, and Denim fabrics do not have the same capabilities for standardization as our other fabrics. Given the composition of the material & how it moves, we’re unable to ensure that the patches will have 100% uniform stitch spacing. As always we do our best to make sure the placement matches but with this material it’s likely that each pouch will have slight variations that makes it one of a kind!

The placement of your patches can be reviewed, prior to checkout. During checkout, you will be provided with an agreement. Once the agreement is checked off, this will prompt your checkout window. Checking this agreement will confirm that you are aligned with the current shipping times and that you are unable to cancel or change the order.

Requests for personalization with registered trademarks, profanity, or other objectionable words or phrases will not be honored and your order will be cancelled.
